It's fairly clean with a very central location near to osmanbey subway station

The restaurant was good and the breakfast was delicious and great with Turkish cheese and ham and cooked omelette. Its decent, central location was a plus.

I asked for standard king room and it was functional with big windows. The location was comfortable and best possible, at a walking distance from Republic Monument.

This hotel has perfect location to the Taksim square. A 5-minute walk will take you to Zula, where you can eat. The rooms are brand-new and impressive, with a minibar and blackout drapes.

It has convenient and best possible location in Istanbul really close to shopping stores and Osmanbey metro station and the more elegant Nisantasi. Can't wait to come back when I'm in Istanbul.

The room was decent size and fully functional for disposable slippers, with essentials required. The breakfast was delicious with cooked omelette and ham and frequently replenished. The location of this hotel next to restaurants and transport and most areas and Taxim square was excellent and unbeatable.

My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, thanks to the trained and multilingual reception staff. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the spaciousness and amenities provided. The breakfast offered a variety of healthy options, and the dining room was able to accommodate a large number of guests even during peak hours. The location of the hotel near the Osman Bey metro station made it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the neighborhood of Sisli/Harbiye provided an authentic Turkish experience with its bustling services and local dining and shopping options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience true Turkish daily life.

Although I didn't experience any major discomfort during my stay, there is a steep hill leading up to the hotel, which could be challenging for some guests. However, this can also serve as a great workout opportunity by using the steps on the side streets.

Everything is pleasant, I would recomand the hotel. Thanks very much for a very good stay for five nights. The units are functional, good-sized with a bathtube, an immediate view and inclusive delicious breakfast. All the staff members are extremely helpful and competent.

The hotel was new, so the quality of the room and other places of hte hotel were very good. The price was a bit high, and the location is not the best

The air con was good - essential in Istanbul in the summer months. The room was modern and the basic amenities were good.

The room key failed to operate the lights upon entering the room and it failed twice. The hotel staff did not respond quickly, I had to go down twice in the lift to go to the front desk. The lifts took ages to arrive. The wi-fi did not work. The walls were very thin and I could hear my neighbours very late at night. The bath trim was not sealed at the wall so water leaked on to the floor. The check in systems were so slow that check-in took nearly half an hour. The front desk staff were not able to resolve issues personally and referred everything to the general manager who did not resolve anything either. I stay in hotels all around the world at least 3 times a week. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for perhaps 2 years. It promised a lot and only delivered problems. The fact that the manager refused to give me a discount because I had booked through Booked.net and he has to pay commission demonstrated such a fundamental lack of appreciation for customer service that I would never consider staying there again.

This place was a great base for exploring the city and I truly enjoyed my stay. It's nice to have a mini fridge bar, a heating system, and a private safe in the room.

I didn't like the place, the services are below standards. The staffs have attitude problems & the service are not reflecting a 5 stars hotel. Its the worst hotel I has stayed in ever.
